Guide for Updating the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001: 2015

Abstract

SO 9001 is the most well-known quality management system standard and SGC certification in the world, which is why this article will study the updating of knowledge on the Quality Assurance of Goods and Services through the new ISO 9001: 2015 Standard ". For this purpose, the following specific objectives were outlined, such as: 1) Present the historical evolution of ISO 9001 of the SGC. 2) Analyze the Annex SL of the new version of the SGC ISO 9001: 2015. 3) Describe the changes of the transition to the ISO 9001: 2015 version. 4) List the transition steps from ISO 9001: 2008 to ISO 9001: 2015. 5) Explain the scope of adaptation of the new ISO 9001: 2015. The design applied to this study was Documentary achieved by exhaustive and systematic investigation of documents related to the topic of exploratory level, the fundamental idea is the update of knowledge about the ISO Standard, in this way to generate added value to the good or service, to the organization, through the continuous improvement of quality.
