EDUCATION, AXIOLOGY AND DIDACTICS: EMERGING TRINOMIAL IN TEACHER COMPETENCES IN UNIVERSITY SPACES

The present scientific work had the purpose of generating a theoretical corpus between Education, Axiology and Didactics as an epistemic component in the competences of the teacher at the Polytechnic University of Aragua State Federico Brito Figueroa. In this sense, a qualitative investigation was carried out, whose method was the hermeneutic , under a phenomenological approach, where the in-depth interview was used as an information collection technique, from the data obtained from the three focus groups, an analysis of content, categorization, structuring, contrasting, triangulation from where the platforms emerged that formed the Emerging Theory, emphasizing the search and development of educational technology as an urgent need to respond to the demands of finding and providing teaching with a more scientific basis and, at the same time, making education more productive, with great emphasis on know-how, but always based on axiology.
