About the Journal

The Revista Gaceta de Pedagogía is a medium for the dissemination of original and unpublished works that allow us to rethink education from the diversity of methodological and conceptual frameworks. It is a space that takes into account the multiple dimensions that constitute the pedagogical fact: anthropological, philosophical, historical, psychological and socio-political. Its articles are double-blind refereed and published annually.

In addition to being a research journal, Gaceta de Pedagogía is part of the Cultural Heritage of the Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador and is the identity of the Instituto Pedagógico de Caracas. Therefore, this means of dissemination is an organ that supports the dissemination of knowledge through the publication of articles of various kinds related to the work and knowledge of students and teachers of Higher Education, as well as for teachers and researchers of institutions of the initial, primary and secondary stages, as it is a hub of research carried out by and for educators endorsed by the Universidad de los Maestros.
