Digital didactic manual based on the Wordwall tool for teaching music

The purpose of the present non-experimental, quantitative, field research with a feasible project, was to design a digital didactic manual to work with the WordWall tool on the teaching of music, in the Protestant Christian community of the popular area of San Agustín del Sur, in Caracas, Venezuela. Through a survey with fifteen questions on a Likert-type scale, the five music teachers from said community expressed their knowledge about the elements of music. The results of the survey revealed that teachers have limited knowledge about the concept of music, the elements of music: rhythm, melody and harmony, as well as the qualities of sound such as pitch, duration and intensity. The digital teaching manual was prepared, which is expected to allow both facilitators and adolescents to clarify doubts from practice and musical awareness to theory.
