This article aims to reflect on the strategic role of neuroeducation and Human Development Engineering (HDE) to mitigate the biological debt and its contribution to the development of a global ethical consciousness. This reflection is based on a review of specialized neuroscience literature on brain development and plasticity in early adults, analyzing the relevance of executive functions training as an indispensable neurobiological foundation. It is argued that HDE constitutes a pedagogical praxis capable of operationalizing biological compensation by turning maturational asynchrony into a window of educational opportunity. It is concluded that the reduction of the biological debt is an essential condition for the construction of a global ethical consciousness, on which, in turn, the possibility of an authentic and lasting sustainability depends.
