DIGITAL TOOLS AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION AS CHANNELS FOR THE EXCHANGE OF KNOWLEDGE IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE COLOMBIAN RURAL SECTOR

Education in recent times is facing significant and relevant changes, some derived from the changes and transformations of the technological environment such as the use of technological resources to transmit knowledge or the use of applications, software or artificial intelligences that should be assumed as a complement to consolidate the teaching and learning process; from this perspective, the following objective emerges: to reflect on the implementation of digital tools and organizational communication as channels for the exchange of knowledge in educational institutions in the Colombian rural sector; the methodology focused on a documentary analysis reflected in this scientific essay; whose results are presented in a set of theoretical elements that constitute the basis of experiences, conceptual elements and management strategies for the transmission of knowledge; reason that leads to keep in mind all the resources that are currently taking over the teaching processes in the classroom. It is appropriate to point out that it was concluded that the more digital tools and organizational communication are used, the more the teaching process achieves total success, thus generating new learning and taking advantage of the benefits that arise from a whole process that seeks that society achieves a better academic training.
