JULY-DECEMBER PUBLICATION

To our readers and friends of Letras:

Issue 107 of Letras magazine presents a sample of contemporary research, exploring topics ranging from dialectal variation in Spanish America to critical voices in migration literature. This edition is cause for profound academic and cultural celebration for the Andrés Bello Venezuelan Institute for Linguistic and Literary Research (IVILLAB) at the Libertador Experimental Pedagogical University (UPEL). We are marking significant institutional anniversaries (67 years of Letras magazine, 61 years of IVILLAB, and 49 years of the Marco Antonio Martínez Literary Workshop), which adds historical value to the diversity and richness of the works that make up this edition.
