Digital File Preservation Policy
LETRAS magazine develops various processes aimed at guaranteeing the permanent accessibility of digital objects that are hosted on the server of the Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador.
- The files published on this website are available in easily reproducible formats (PDF, HTML and ePub).
- PKP Preservation Network (PN) provides free preservation services for any OJS journal that meets basic standards.
- LETRAS enables LOCKSS to store and distribute journal content to collaborating libraries through a LOCKSS Editorial Manifesto page.
- Allow CLOCKSS to store and distribute journal content to participating libraries through the CLOCKSS Publisher Manifest page.
- All our publications are sent to the National Library of Venezuela. Legal deposit: pp.195202DF47
- All the Journal's publications incorporate interoperability protocols (OAI-PMH) that allow their contents to be collected by other distribution systems, such as digital repositories and harvesters.

Social networks for scientific dissemination
The magazine LETRAS and the IVILLAB have social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube) and academic networks (Academia.edu, Google Scholar) in which they are informed every time a new issue is published, and publications are also made regularly of the different articles to make them known in other spaces.
It is also recommended that all our authors disseminate their work after publishing their article on our official page on some other social or academic network that allows dissemination among the community: ORCID, ResearchGate, Academia.edu, Google Scholar, Mendeley, among others. others. It is only requested that the mention of the magazine as a source of publication be guaranteed
