Abstract

Communicational strategies are essential elements in educational management processes, since they allow coordinating, guiding, and strengthening relationships among the different actors within the school institution. This study aims to propose communicational strategies to improve educational management at “Juan Vicente Torrealba” Basic State School, located in Barinas State. The research was developed as a feasible project that articulates the phases of diagnosis, feasibility, and design, under a quantitative approach, with a field design of a descriptive nature. For the diagnostic phase, the population consisted of twenty (20) teachers, selected through a census sampling method. A structured Likert-type questionnaire was used, validated by expert judgment and with reliability established by the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. It is expected that the quantitative findings from the diagnosis will substantiate a final proposal that integrates the use of information technologies, communicative planning, and teacher training as key tools to achieve efficient, humane, and transparent educational management.
