University organizations have undergone significant changes in their evolution, originated by the need to respond successfully to the demands of a society that every day makes them more demanding and changing, which has led them to make great efforts to improve towards the achievement of educational quality, adopting new theoretical concepts, oriented towards formal restructuring and the implementation of skills in the management of new technologies, which has become a new challenge today, since globalization requires innovation in the various strategies, techniques, actions, among others, to make knowledge reach the individual in the most appropriate way to the demands that are demanded. Knowledge management and ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) together shape the way research, teaching and learning is carried out in university education.
