José Rafael Simón Pérez , Investigador independiente

Docente de Castellano, Literatura y Latín y Magíster en Lingüística egresado del Instituto Pedagógico de Caracas (IPC), en 1995 y 2003 respectivamente. Adscrito a la cátedra de Lingüística General del Departamento de Castellano, Literatura y Latín del IPC (hasta el año 2018).
