El presente documento titulado corrupción de funcionarios en el poder judicial: caso peruano, analiza la situación actual de la corrupción tanto en la esfera de la administración pública, como en el administración de justicia en el Perú siendo una problemática de carácter jurídico y social que afecta a la colectividad en general; se propuso como propósito de investigación: analizar los factores que propician la corrupción de funcionarios en el poder judicial en Perú, mediante la aplicación de la metodología cualitativa, bajo un diseño de estudio sistemático, se llegó a la conclusión que existen factores económicos, éticos e institucionales que influyen en la corrupción de los funcionarios en la administración de justicia.
