Abstract

The present work delves into the difficulties presented by the students of a secondary and secondary basic education institution, with the purpose of proceeding to improve their educational performance through Giovanni Parodi's theory of communicability. Since effective communication is part of an educational process in which not only the acquisition of knowledge of the problems discussed is built, but at the same time the social, emotional and cognitive competence of the students is developed. The communicability that is established or determined between teachers and students is fundamental in the interpretation of complex contents on a qualitative basis and, in the same way, determines an inclusive educational process and the existence of dialogue, active listening, between participants who share a purpose. At the same time, it promotes social development, the functioning of conflict resolution and the preparation of students for a future in daily life in the field of education. It is also worth noting that good communicability increases students' self-confidence and self-esteem; Their derived positive emotions, their states of well-being, play an important and favorable part in the execution of the functions of the person for whom the solution to the problems is demanded.
