Abstract

This article analyzes the Godfather Plan as an innovative pedagogical strategy implemented at the Sagrada Familia Higher Normal Educational Institution, where upper grade students (9th, 10th and 11th) accompany children from initial grades (0th, 1st and 2nd) through ludic-pedagogical interventions; the research examines how this tool improves initial teacher training through playful, literary and creative elements that enhance academic processes and school coexistence. The methodology used corresponds to a qualitative documentary analysis through systematic bibliographic review, incorporating the quality of activities, relationships and pedagogical materials in specific formative situations, information collection was carried out through primary sources by direct observation of institutional experiences, and specialized secondary sources including scientific articles, educational reports and normative documents, likewise it was found that godfathers develop leadership, planning and execution competencies of pedagogical activities by teaching Physical Education classes, conducting pedagogical outings, story reading, crafts design and accompaniment in institutional civic acts. The results demonstrate measurable effectiveness in social, emotional and academic dimensions, evidencing strengthening of group work, assertive communication, empathy and affective demonstrations within mutual respect frameworks. The articulation between peers generates spaces where students with the same learning task meet periodically to share, analyze and support each other during learning processes. The conclusions show that this strategy strengthens teaching vocation in upper grade students, generating learning spaces from participation, reflection, experimentation and inquiry.
