Investigación y Postgrado is under an International License Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0.
The Open Access and “some rights reserved” licensing policy does not deny intellectual property (moral rights) or authorship rights with respect to your articles; on the contrary, it respects them.
For this reason, the publication rights of the articles are not reserved. Authors may distribute their article in any other medium, as long as it is not for profit and they inform the Editor of this new publication and give credit to the journal Investigación y Postgrado.
On the other hand, a letter is requested from the author(s) establishing the terms of assignment of economic rights of the article to be published so that the journal can publish them in physical and/or electronic formats, including the Internet (social networks, OJS, blog, among others).
